A.   We aim to dispatch in 3 working days.

Q.  What is my puzzle made of?

A.  We use 3mm white faced mdf and water based inks

Q.  What happens if I have a missing piece?

A.  We will replace the whole bag of puzzle pieces for the puzzle you purchased but keep the Box

A.  You can visit the factory for a tour or see our video online

Q.  Can you gift wrap my puzzle

A.  Yes we can just tell us the occasion and who for.

A.  We aim to process all orders in 24 hours and will make some puzzles to order.
