The Missing Piece!

Beautiful Puzzle, taken hours to complete and then Stop. There's a piece missing. How can this have happened? The Puzzle was brand new, the bag was unopened. I have been very careful. I search the floor, check my clothing in case it has become attached to me. I look everywhere but no I cannot find it. A real disappointment.
What do you do about it?
Well if you buy from us here at Grovely Puzzles, a UK based manufacturer, we will send you a new bag of puzzle pieces for your puzzle. All you need to do is contact us at grovelyjigsawpuzzles@btinternet.com or give us a ring. We know you have to do it all again , but we cannot always guarantee that we are using the same cutter. We also cut by eye so it may not match your existing one exactly.
Well, why and how do they go missing? Sometimes we don't know but the scrambling mechanism is fast moving and enclosed and sometimes they catch and get dropped in to the next bag. We do not know when it happens which is why we do not quibble.
If we have made for a Trade customer we will always help by replacing the puzzle direct to your customer. let us know details and we will deal with it, afterall we made it so it is not your error.
It is a known issue with all puzzle manufacturers. It happens. We do not want it to but we do our best to put it right here at Grovely puzzles.
Postscript. True Story. A gentleman telephoned to say he had missing pieces, 2 of them. We said so sorry and sent a new bag. Said gentleman telephones again full of abject apologies he moved his puzzle board and found them underneath! It happens. We had already sent a new bag. We just said pass on to someone who will enjoy it.
